RUST|Trainyard strategy – get the red key

The Train Yard has radiation and AI present, so adequate preparation is required in advance when attacking the monument.

Green and blue card keys can be used in the Train Yard.
In addition, card keys can be used to obtain higher-ranked card keys.

Note that the red card key is located in the room where the blue card key was used. The mechanism is such that you cannot proceed to the next step unless you conquer the rooms in order.

Inside the Train Yard, you will find many items and equipment, such as recyclers, refineries, straw bins, and even weapons boxes.
In other words, it is a great place to collect supplies.
However, if you are unfamiliar with the area, remember to bring recovery items.
This is to prevent fall damage in areas such as “athletic” areas.

The train yard is one of the facilities where the
red card key can be obtained.
(Other monuments where you can get red keys are airports and water treatment plants [water treatment], power plants and missile silos.)

However, trainyards are hard to fish out for beginners because of the AI…
If you are just starting out and unfamiliar with the area, it might be better to practice at the friendly monuments without AI before heading there!

I am confident I can go long range shooting with a bow and do 0 damage! And,
I am confident in my inventory of items! You might want to go there if you are

I won’t be atrophied if I lose my weapons, equipment, or recovery items! You have no choice but to go!
But to lose the supplies you worked so hard to collect in the first place… (If you are not willing to lose your weapons, equipment, and recovery items, then you have to go!)
If you are the kind of person who says “I won’t lose my items”, don’t go!
It is best to go only after you have learned to deal with the AI and other players to some extent!

I want you to enjoy RUST and continue to do so, I personally don’t want you to lose your motivation.

So I will summarize the location of the facilities and what to look out for.

1-2 How to use the green/blue card key in the train yard

There is a door to use the card where this strange thing is attached on the left side.
The card room is entered from the front staircase.
This is the only place to use a fuse.
Be careful! You need to activate three switches before entering the deepest part, so keep that in mind!‼

2.Train Yard Recommended way around

The longer you stay at the facility, the higher the chance of encountering other players. Therefore, they introduce a route to consider for the shortest way to proceed. If you find it difficult to understand by reading, please watch the video! 《You can utilize the chapters starting from 1:32 for the route explanation.

2-1 Items to bring to the Train Yard

If you have obtained the blue card key, you probably have a general idea, but just to be safe. – A weapon to defeat AI (a long weapon is recommended). – Healing items (having syringes and bandages will be helpful). – An item for close combat (such as an axe, knife, or paddle). – Radiation-resistant equipment (around 15% or higher is sufficient, it doesn’t have to be a full protective suit). – Green card key. – Blue card key. – 1 fuse. For those who are concerned, it’s advisable to carry 2 fuses.

2-2 route

Appropriately, the order around is like this.
First, head to the building with the recycler. There is a switch inside on the first floor. Be cautious, as there are usually 2-3 AI (Artificial Intelligence enemies) around the vicinity.
I apologize for the confusion. As soon as you enter the building, you'll find the switch nearby, and you just need to turn it on. However, be cautious as there might still be AI on the upper floors, and they could attack you through gaps in the floor. Stay vigilant and avoid their attacks while activating the switch!
After exploring the second floor and exiting the building, you will see this view. You may be tempted to continue straight ahead, but there is no point in doing so at this stage.
The next place you should head for is the small vertical building over here.
When you get to the front of the building, you will see that the lower part of the building has been broken down to form an entrance. There is one AI inside.
Go to the top floor and go to the balcony, where you will find a switch, which you should also turn on.
Next,Go to this door on the building across the street that can be glimpsed from the rooftop.
Once inside, at first glance, nothing looks out of place. But if you look closely...
The rubble makes a ramp! Safer than moving outside! (AI caution ministry)
On the second floor, you'll find a location near the windows where you can set the fuse. Additionally, there will be a switch nearby. Make sure to set the fuse in the correct spot and activate the switch!
Once you hit the switch, go out the door and go to the green room on the 2nd floor.
Inside the green room, you'll find a setup with some drums and several straw boxes. Once you've searched the room thoroughly, proceed to the third floor where the blue room is located.
There are many weapon boxes like this in the blue room. And on the desk is ....
